I'm sorry, Oveur, but can we have some information posted on the forums about EXACTLY what these changes are? With a limit of 31 players on Chaos at any one time it is proving very difficult to even get on to test these undocumented changes.
Information about something as important as these changes should not reside only in the hands of those patient enough to press Enter 1000 times at the Chaos server login screen 
All of the ship-balancing information has been relayed very nicely and I wish all of the other patch information was as widely available. Got a patch notes?
